I'm a Polish Product Owner with 13 years in IT and 11+ years in product, Agile, and Scrum roles. I have led product delivery across enterprise SaaS, fintech, automotive, retail, banking, FMCG, pharma, and healthcare — for clients like ATOS, Fluke, Kaczmarski Group, CARIAD, Ahold Delhaize, UBS, Heineken, Roche, and Coloplast.
For the last year I've been building my own AI-native SaaS products — ZenDOM, Rytmind, and Homeochild — using Claude, Lovable, and Cursor as core tools. I own the full stack: product strategy, UX, development, monetization, and growth.

Built from scratch the first internal platform to showcase available skills, bench capacity, rates, and document templates for clients. Adopted as a model by other Atos delivery centers globally. At Atos, I collaborated with managers and representatives across Europe to build the GDC Europe capabilities portal, aligning stakeholders from multiple countries around a shared product vision.
At Fluke (eMaint X5), I engaged directly with client-side directors, plant managers, maintenance supervisors, and operators working on factory floors. Understanding the gap between what leadership wanted and what people actually needed in the field was core to the job.
As an Agile Coach at DXC/Luxoft, I gathered requirements and drove change across departments, teams, and individuals — translating organizational pain into actionable ways of working.

Led a company-wide transformation program working directly with the full board of directors, internal business units, IBM (technical implementation) and EY (financial planning and legal advisory). I was the central coordination point across all workstreams — managing alignment between executive leadership, external consultants, and operational teams simultaneously.
Served as Deputy Program Manager coordinating 21 projects and teams within the Autonomous Driving domain. I worked daily with department leadership across CARIAD, managing program reporting, risk tracking, PO ordering, and quarterly invoicing. My stakeholders ranged from department directors at VW and Porsche to cross-functional delivery teams across Europe.
